This is a hybrid meeting. Participants in China will attend together at an in-person venue in China, while participants in Japan and other regions will join online. The meeting is for members and related participants approved by the organizer. To apply, please use the online form and provide your name, affiliation, participant category, participation format, email address, and preferred language. Payment and participation instructions will be sent after review. Individual cases will not be discussed. Recording, redistribution of materials, or public disclosure of meeting content without permission is prohibited.

International Academic and Clinical Exchange Meeting on July 27

Held · Developmental support and rehabilitation practices in China

The Society for Comparative Clinical Psychology held an international academic and clinical exchange meeting on developmental support and rehabilitation practices in China.

Participants from the Society shared perspectives from comparative clinical psychology, developmental support, clinical psychology, and medical-rehabilitation collaboration, followed by discussion with Chinese clinical and rehabilitation professionals.

The collaborating medical institution in China provides rehabilitation services for people with developmental disabilities and physical disabilities, with multidisciplinary rehabilitation staff engaged in clinical support.

This exchange meeting will focus on rehabilitation practices for developmental disabilities and physical disabilities in China, multidisciplinary collaboration in medical institutions, and community-based psychological and developmental support. It will also explore possibilities for future international academic exchange, clinical exchange, and collaborative research.
